Maria de Oliveira (b.2004, São Miguel Island) is a Portuguese artist currently based in Zurique, with a degree in Fine Arts - Multimedia from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto. 

Her artistic practice focuses on the image (both photographic and moving), installation and cinema as well as writing, transversal to her practice. 
Focusing on her intimate concerns, she is interested in the multiple layers of identity (subjective and individual, but also familial, geographical and cultural).
